In 2014 we had an great early summer which went down in a wet and chilly August. Noble rot set in on just the right time in Block 3, where our grapes for this wine were harvested. The result was dehydrated grapes with exceptionally high sugar.

The grapes were harvested separately together with our winemaker Jess who following created this wine during the winter of 2014.
