Follow the grape through the vineyard and winery before bringing the story together over five wines and tapas in the orangery.

01 · Introduction

The experience

We begin at the winery and walk out between the rows. Along the way, we talk about grape varieties, pruning, frost, and the choices that shape wine at 56 degrees north.

Inside the winery, we follow the work from harvest and fermentation to ageing. We finish in the orangery, where five selected wines are served with tapas. Choose this experience when you want to see the places, understand the craft, and taste the result.
