2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us by email. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Right to complain about defects

You have a 24-month right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than two months after discovering it.

4. Returns and complaints

Please contact us using the details above before returning goods so that we can provide further instructions. If you wish to make a complaint about a product, you may contact us directly.

5. Return service

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Defective wines are covered by the right to complain described above. Returns may be sent by post after contacting us by email or delivered by appointment to the vineyard shop. The customer pays the return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are normally processed within five days after the return has been received and approved. Exchanges are accepted by prior agreement.

6. Delivery and delivery times

We deliver to Denmark. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days from receipt of the order unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. Card payments are charged when the order is dispatched.

8. Sale of alcohol

You must be at least 18 to buy alcohol. Checkout Age Verification takes place with MitID during checkout, after the cart and before you can complete and pay for the order. If the age verification shows that you are not eligible to buy alcohol, you cannot complete the purchase.

Competition disclaimer
