A personal tasting with more time for growing, vintages, and vinification – and for wines of which only a few bottles remain.
01 · Introduction
The experience
The Signature tasting goes beyond the standard tour. We gather a smaller group and open 6–7 wines that may include older vintages, trials, rare bottles, and very small productions.
The extra time leaves room to compare vintages and discuss the specific choices made in the vineyard and cellar. The extended serving is tailored to each set of wines so the food and pace support the tasting.
